I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapy Associate. My work sits at the intersection of trauma and relationship — because trauma doesn’t only live in memory. It lives in the nervous system, in the parts of us that learned to survive, and in every relationship that matters.
I draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO), and Solution-Focused Narrative Therapy — frameworks that meet you where you are and move at your pace. Sessions are warm, direct, and never formulaic. We follow what matters most to you and keep our eyes on the life you actually want. I work with individuals, couples, and families of all kinds, with a deep belief in each person’s capacity for resilience and growth
I also offer non-clinical life coaching for those navigating transitions who are looking for structured support outside a therapy framework.
I hold a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, along with a Certificate in Gerontology. My clinical training spans trauma, attachment, and whole-person wellness. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (Level II: Complex Trauma), a Mental Health & Nutrition Clinical Specialist, and an Evergreen Certified Dementia Care Specialist, with training in Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Relational Life Therapy. I am a member of both the Washington Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.

I am also the author of Caring is Art: Gifts of Appreciation & Encouragement for Caregivers (2022), born from my own experience supporting my parents through their end-of-life journeys. It pairs my original paintings and photographs with practical resources, caregiver reflections, and self-care strategies — a guide that honors both the difficulty and the grace of caring for someone you love.
Wherever you are on this journey, you are not broken, and you are not alone. I’ll meet you where you are.
